Whether you are currently a student still in school or adult acquisition of new knowledge, each of us have experienced a lack of motivation to study. This is especially true when the subject they are studying the most boring interests.
Fortunately, a determined will power, and some tips and simple techniques, anyone can have the motivation to study. Here are some tips that can help anyone feel more motivated to get the books.
Establish a schedule of study and at the right time
Set a daily study time. It’s good to plan your day in advance. Set a specific time to study, and a time to play or rest.
Start with five minutes challenge
The hardest part of doing something is to begin. The first step is always the hardest. But once I got out of the way, is all downhill. This is because it is much easier to hold something when you have momentum. To help you get started, this is what you can do, since they do not want to study, plan to study only 5 minutes. That’s all, just 5 minutes. They say you are going to study seriously for 5 minutes and then stop. This makes things seem less painful it is easier to start.
Start / stop the fun part
Having to stop for breaks, meals or other activities, the plan to stop when you are a fun part. The parts are more interesting and enjoyable. This is so that when you go to school later will be much easier to get because it will be from the fun parts.
Eliminate distractions in your environment
When you have a TV, phone, computer, clothes, magazines and so close, you’ll easily tempted to throw the books aside. Try to eliminate distractions as much as possible. When the remote is right next to you, you are more likely to get it.
Targets set
When a target goal, we will be more determined to increase the challenge and strive to achieve. That’s why goal setting will increase their levels of motivation. The feeling of satisfaction that comes from achieving the goal is also a confidence booster.
